Shipping & Processing Policy

Order Processing

In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 days  (Monday to Friday).

Custom or made-to-order items have a lead time of approximately 5 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Canada: Up to 10 business days

United States: Up to 14 business days

International: 20–30 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery windows and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders enter processing 24 hours after being placed. After this period, they can no longer be modified or canceled.

Custom Orders

Customized products cannot be canceled or returned once 24 hours have passed. 

Duties & Taxes

All orders are shipped from Canada ON. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, VAT, or customs fees imposed by their country upon delivery.
